1. No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a service has been booked and payment has been made. This is due to the personalized and time-bound nature of our services.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their session with prior notice. To reschedule:

• Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Missed Appointments

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. No Cancellations After Booking

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
